Night of 1,000 Conversations

Identity design, Web Design; Development; CMS   [visit site]

Based in Washington DC, the Rights Working Group strives to restore the American commitment to protect civil liberties and human rights for all people in the U.S. They have grown a strong coalition of civil liberties, human rights and civil rights, national security, and immigrant rights organizations to work hand in hand to restore due process.

The organization hired Ankerson Communications to design an identity and build a website for their "Night of 1,000 Conversations," an event in which individuals around the country discussed how the overreach of the Department of Homeland Security is undermining the civil liberties and human rights of people living in this country.

In addition to the content management system we built for the organization, we developed simple-to-use dynamic tools that allowed users to sign up to host or join a conversation, share their photos and stories, and exchange talking points and resources.
