The Fiore Companies has a long history of forward-thinking business activity. Among other entrepreneurial initiatives, the Companies built and operated the first “supermarkets” in Madison in the late 1920’s.

In 1984, the Fiore Companies was at the forefront of mixed-use infill development when it created Lakepoint Commons, which combines street level retail with upper story townhouse style apartments. Most recently, The Fiore Companies has proposed a new Central Library for the City of Madison.

In addition to the design and implementation of the site, we worked closely with the client to design and create an attractive, easy-to-use custom content management system. This CMS allows staff members to easily update content, edit available leasing properties, as well to track building maintenance requests through an online system.
