Invitation Design

Since 2007, the DPW has hired Ankerson Communications to design the invitations, reply card, and envelopes (all with a cost-saving one color design solution) for their annual Founders Day Gala--the state party's largest fundraiser of the year. In 2010, in order to cut costs further, the invitation went out via email only with this single-image design.

Over 1,500 people representing labor unions, professional organizations, and left-leaning political groups attend the event in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Recent keynote speakers have included Senator Al Franken, President Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Wisconsin's longest-serving Congressman, Dave Obey.
