"... Not only did Ankerson Communications make [our vision] a reality, they brought some innovative ideas that we hadn't thought of and that really made it stand out. The end result is a dynamic-looking web site that is clean, unique and very user-friendly... I look forward to working with Ingrid and her team on future projects." -- Kelvin Ruffin, Director of Information Technology Leadership Conference on Civil Rights Education Fund / Leadership Conference on Civil Rights

Based in Washington, DC, the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights (LCCR) is the nation's premier civil rights coalition, and has coordinated the national legislative campaign on behalf of every major civil rights law since 1957.

LCCR consists of more than 192 national organizations, representing persons of color, women, children, labor unions, individuals with disabilities, older Americans, major religious groups, gays and lesbians and civil liberties and human rights groups. Its mission: to promote the enactment and enforcement of effective civil rights legislation and policy.

The Reclaim Civil Rights website, which debuted on the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1957, features a comprehensive 50 year interactive timeline and detailed state-by-state analysis of civil rights issues.
