ACLU of Wisconsin

Identity Design

"Ingrid created an identity design for the ACLU of Wisconsin's Banned Books Week that truly reflected the vision of the planning committee. With Ingrid's creativity, dependability and flexibility, our committee could focus on planning an excellent event trademarked by a crisp, modern design." -- Stacy Harbaugh, Community Advocate, ACLU of Wisconsin

Based on a concept developed by a committee of over 20 librarians and other book lovers with a burning passion for the written word, Ankerson Communications developed this graphic identity design for Madison, Wisconsin's Banned Books Week.

The identity was used statewide on promotions for the ACLU Wisconsin's "Public Reading of Banned Books" event, where over 20 members of the community including writers, librarians, students, activists, and local celebrities, promoted awareness and read from a number of the nation's banned books.
